Terms and Conditions

1. Who this agreement is with

This proposed agreement is between you and Sean Morgan, an individual currently operating from Oregon. The Wall Street Pressure Project and TWSPP are the project names used on this website, not a separate LLC or corporation. No license, registration or regulatory approval is represented merely by using those names or publishing this agreement. References to the operator, we, us or our mean Sean Morgan.

The agreement covers access to the project's informational website, development videos and member community, together called the Website. It does not grant access to a live trading service or authorize an investment transaction. Contact the operator at TWSPP@icloud.com.

2. Eligibility and express acceptance

Account access is intended only for U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age required to enter a binding contract in their state of residence. You must act for yourself, give accurate eligibility information and use an email address you control. This Website is not directed to children.

You first create an account and verify your email address. The terms popup appears when you next log in after email verification; completing verification alone does not accept the terms or grant member content. Existing verified members with an outstanding terms version see the popup when they log in. Member content remains unavailable until the authenticated account has accepted the current approved version. The compact popup contains scrollable terms and a choice initially set to Disagree. Acceptance requires selecting Agree and then Submit. Creating an account, verifying email, signing in, opening or scrolling a page, closing the popup or receiving an email is not acceptance. The acceptance record must belong to the authenticated account, not merely an email address entered by someone else.

You may read the terms and privacy information, download a copy and contact the operator without accepting. If you disagree, do not enter or continue using member content under that version. You retain a way to request your data, unsubscribe, close your account or contact support without accepting a replacement agreement. Disagreeing or closing the popup does not itself delete your account.

3. What the Website currently provides

The Website documents development of an automated trading system and provides explanatory videos and a forum. It is a development preview. Showing or describing a feature does not mean that feature is available to customers, independently validated or approved by a regulator.

The current Website does not accept orders, connect to your brokerage account, manage your portfolio, hold your funds or provide recommendations based on your financial circumstances. It does not create a broker-client, investment-adviser-client or fiduciary relationship by contract. This description does not override a relationship or duty that applicable law actually imposes.

Any future market-analysis subscription, personalized recommendation, automated execution, brokerage connection, payment service or other financial product must be separately evaluated, lawfully authorized and described in its own applicable agreement before being offered. Acceptance of these Website terms is not permission to activate those services or charge you for them.

4. Financial information, examples and risk

Content is general information about the project, not a personalized instruction to buy, sell or hold a security or other financial product. It does not account for your financial position, investment objectives, experience or tolerance for loss. Make independent decisions and seek appropriately qualified advice when needed.

The current stock ticker uses sample prices and is not a live feed. Illustrative companies, figures, diagrams, proposed screens and bullish or bearish demonstrations are explanatory examples. They are not actual customer results, verified performance or an offer to trade. A single price change or pressure reading does not establish an executable opportunity.

Trading and investing involve risk, including loss of the money committed. Automated systems can fail because of software defects, inaccurate or missing information, connectivity problems and changing markets. No profit, level of accuracy, loss limit or investment outcome is guaranteed. Simulations, examples, historical observations and successful tests do not establish future performance.

Benji is a fictional AI presenter using a synthetic voice. His demonstrations are not statements from a real customer about personal trading results. References to companies, securities, providers or third-party marks do not imply endorsement, affiliation or regulatory approval.

5. Your account and security

Use accurate account details and keep your email address and sign-in credentials secure. Do not share your account, impersonate another person or use credentials that do not belong to you. Notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize; these terms do not automatically make you liable for activity you did not authorize.

Security checks, account verification and access limits may be used to protect the Website. Do not bypass them or attempt to obtain another person's private information. Never send passwords, recovery links, brokerage logins or payment-card details through the forum or to the contact mailbox.

6. Privacy, cookies and separate choices

The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, why it is used, who can access it and how to request access, correction or deletion. It must be presented before personal information is collected. Reading or acknowledging that notice is not blanket consent to sell data, track you across websites or undertake new uses that require separate permission.

Agreement acceptance records identify the account, the exact terms and notice versions, document hashes, the server-recorded acceptance time and the affirmative action taken. They are used to establish the agreement and manage version changes. They must not include your password or be shared with other members. Necessary security records are described separately in the Privacy Policy.

Newsletter enrollment, optional tracking and any future payment authorization are separate choices. Account creation or acceptance of these terms does not enroll you in a newsletter, enable optional advertising or authorize a charge. Essential sign-in cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Community conduct and moderation

Keep contributions lawful and relevant. Do not post threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, unlawful investment promotions, manipulative trading schemes, spam, malware, impersonation, confidential information or material you lack permission to share. Do not use the forum to solicit brokerage credentials or funds.

The operator and authorized moderators may review reports, remove or restrict content, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security, safety or legal obligations. Where reasonably possible, an affected member will be told the reason and may ask for review by email. Immediate action may be necessary for urgent harm or legal requirements.

These rules do not prohibit honest criticism, lawful consumer reviews, reporting concerns to a regulator or exercising protected rights. You retain ownership of your reviews. Moderation is not an endorsement or independent verification of a member's financial statements.

For a copyright complaint, identify the material and where it appears, explain the rights you believe are affected, and provide a way to contact you at TWSPP@icloud.com. Do not post another person’s private information in the forum. This contact route is not a representation that a designated DMCA agent has been registered or that a statutory safe harbor applies.

8. Your contributions and permissions

You retain the rights you hold in your contributions. By posting, you give the operator a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, display, format and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate the Website, provide the forum and maintain appropriate backups and legal records. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to sell your content or use it in unrelated advertising.

You must have the right to submit what you post. Removal and account deletion are subject to the retention limits explained in the Privacy Policy. Other members may already have read, quoted or downloaded content, and deletion cannot recall those separate copies.

9. Project content and third-party services

You may view the Website for your personal use and share links to it. Original material owned by the operator and third-party licensed material remain subject to their respective rights. Do not commercially redistribute protected material or misrepresent it as your own without permission where permission is required. Fair use and other statutory exceptions remain available.

A copyright notice does not claim exclusive rights over market facts, general ideas, other people's marks or purely AI-generated material beyond what applicable law protects. Permission requests may be sent to the operator.

Third-party links and services have their own terms and practices. We do not control them or guarantee their availability or accuracy. No third-party account connection, brokerage permission or payment authorization is granted by accepting this agreement.

10. No current charges or investment offer

Payments and donations are inactive in the current preview. Acceptance of this agreement does not create a subscription, recurring charge, purchase, donation commitment, equity interest or right to investment returns.

Any future paid or supporter offer must clearly state its price, benefits, billing frequency if applicable, cancellation process, refund rules, and consequences of delay or cancellation before payment is requested. Recurring billing requires its own express informed authorization and legally required cancellation options. We will not treat your silence or Website acceptance as that authorization.

No charitable or tax-deductible status is represented. Roadmaps, prerelease plans and development goals are not guarantees of launch dates, specific features or investment outcomes. Any particular paid benefit must be governed by the offer actually made and accepted at checkout.

11. Electronic records and copies

If you choose electronic delivery for this agreement, we will make it, its acceptance record and notices of material changes available through the Website or the account email address you provide. This consent concerns these Website agreement records. It does not automatically cover future disclosures for a regulated financial product, payment authorization or unrelated marketing.

You need an internet-connected device, a current browser capable of displaying HTML, access to your email, and a way to save or print the displayed documents or their text copies. Read or download the documents before agreeing so you can confirm you can access them. You can retain and reproduce your copy; we will not disable printing or saving it.

You may request a paper or accessible copy of this agreement without a fee, update your contact details or withdraw consent to electronic delivery by emailing TWSPP@icloud.com. Withdrawal is prospective and does not invalidate records already properly delivered. If an alternative cannot reasonably support online account access, we will explain that consequence and provide a way to obtain your records or close the account without a new agreement or withdrawal fee.

If access requirements materially change in a way that may prevent you from retaining the records, we will explain the change and obtain renewed electronic-delivery consent where required. Statutory notice, delivery, timing and consumer-protection requirements continue to apply.

12. Updates, moving and a future company

An approved agreement has a version identifier and an accessible retained copy. A material change will be explained and presented for express acceptance before continued member access under the replacement agreement. We will not rewrite an earlier acceptance record or treat continued browsing as agreement to a material change. Minor corrections that do not change rights or obligations will be identified in the document history.

A move to another state, formation of an LLC or a change of operator does not silently change this agreement, create a company that does not yet exist, release earlier liabilities or change the law governing a past dispute. We will identify any new operator, update the relevant information and obtain any required acceptance or permission for material changes or a transfer. Applicable law may require additional steps.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. An ordinary login does not require acceptance again if the account has already accepted the current approved version. Members who decline a material update retain the account-exit and information-access options described in section 2.

13. Availability and warranties

The Website is a development preview and may be changed, interrupted or discontinued. It may contain errors and must not be your only copy of important information. The operator does not promise continuous service, error-free information or fitness for a particular investment or business purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. Nothing here removes an express commitment actually made to you or a warranty, service standard or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Responsibility and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from ordinary use or unavailability of the free development preview. This does not excuse the operator from responsibility that applicable law places on him or make a member responsible for the operator's wrongdoing.

No exclusion applies where prohibited by law, including to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any nonwaivable securities, privacy or consumer-protection right. A disclaimer does not legalize an unregistered or unlawful financial service. This agreement does not impose a dollar liability cap, a member indemnity obligation, mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

15. Ending access and obtaining your information

You can stop using the Website and request account closure at any time. Use the account controls to download your information, manage newsletter choices, revoke sign-ins or delete your account, or contact the operator for help. Account-exit and privacy-request functions must remain available without accepting replacement terms.

Deletion removes personal profile fields and your own post text from the active account database as described in the Privacy Policy. Limited placeholders may preserve other members' discussions. Earlier backups, delivered emails, other people's copies and records reasonably needed for lawful obligations or claims may remain. Agreement records, if retained after closure, are limited to what is necessary for those purposes and remain protected.

Ending access does not erase an accrued claim, a legally required record or rights that already arose. Ownership, necessary record-retention and dispute provisions apply only to the extent needed for their stated purposes.

16. Governing law and resolving concerns

For this Oregon-operated Website agreement, Oregon law governs to the extent applicable, together with applicable federal law. This choice does not remove mandatory protections of your state of residence or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Relocating the operator does not retroactively substitute a new state's law.

Please email TWSPP@icloud.com about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Informal contact is encouraged, not a prerequisite to filing a claim or complaint, and does not shorten or pause a filing deadline by itself. Either party may use a court that has lawful jurisdiction and venue, including small-claims court when available. This agreement does not require exclusive venue in an unspecified county or forced arbitration.

You may contact regulators, law enforcement or consumer-protection agencies without permission. Nothing requires you to waive compliance with federal or state securities law, relinquish a statutory remedy or keep an honest consumer review confidential.

17. Other agreement terms and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent legally permitted and the remaining provisions continue where lawful. An unenforceable provision will not be rewritten to impose a materially different obligation without any required agreement. Failure to enforce a term on one occasion does not automatically waive it for the future.

This agreement concerns only the Website described here. It does not replace any separately executed written agreement, impose unpresented third-party terms or override nonwaivable rights. Any conflict with a mandatory legal requirement is resolved in favor of that requirement. Contact Sean Morgan at TWSPP@icloud.com for questions, copies and account assistance.
